I speak for not only myself but the entire Iota Rho chapter when I say, we can’t wait to get to know each one of you this August during Formal Recruitment. We are so excited to welcome you with our arms wide open. Recruitment is one of our most treasured and anticipated events every year. We have worked tirelessly over this past year to make recruitment such a special experience for y’all. We are delighted to share with you our values of character, innovation, generosity, and sisterhood.  The love we have for each other is incomparable and we can’t wait to pass that love onto you.  I sincerely welcome you to join this journey! 

Thinking back to three years ago, I remember how nerve racking the recruitment process was because I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. As soon as the curtains to Alpha Phi opened, my nerves subsided and I immediately felt at home. After that week, my admiration for the women of Alpha Phi only grew stronger. Since then, the Iota Rho chapter has become my place of stability, comfort, and love. This incredible group of women continue to amaze me everyday with everyone’s honesty, kindness, ambition, friendship, and love for philanthropy and others.  I cannot describe how lucky I feel to be able to say that “I am an Alpha Phi.”  My college experience would not have been the same without the members of this incredible chapter. I have made lifelong friends and can confidently say that Alpha Phi has brought out the best in me. The entire recruitment process is a wonderful chance to find your home. I encourage you to find the place where you can be completely yourself and feel accepted, valued, and unconditionally loved, like I have found in Clemson Alpha Phi.  I wish each of you the very best of luck during recruitment this year.
